The most useful message names the task, roughly how long it takes, and how often it happens. "Assembling a bid takes three days and we do six a month" tells us more than "we want to explore AI."
We read everything ourselves and reply ourselves. There's no form, no sequence, and nobody else in the middle.

Everything is remote, over Zoom. Sessions are recorded and transcribed, so nothing gets lost between the conversation and the build.
